About CinchStack

CinchStack helps people who run an online business choose their software: the tools to sell, build a website, market, manage customers and keep the team organised. For each kind of business we recommend one tool for each job, and we show what the whole set will really cost each month. Our motto is simple: the stack that’s best for you.

Why this site exists

Software pricing pages are built to sell, not to compare. The headline price leaves out the extra seats, the contact tiers, the text-message fees and the add-ons you discover after signing up. Comparing two tools honestly means reading both pricing pages, several help articles, and doing the arithmetic for your own team size. Most people do not have time for that, and most “best tools” lists do not do it either.

So we do it. We read the vendor’s own pages, save a dated copy, work out the monthly bill at three team sizes, and re-check every Monday. The whole method is on How we check prices, and every figure we use is in the free pricing dataset.

Who runs it

CinchStack is run by Rohail Nisar, its founder and editor. Rohail also publishes BestAICertifications.com, a guide to AI courses and certificates built on the same idea: read the primary source, record it with the date, and show the evidence.

Rohail is responsible for everything published here: the prices, the scores and the recommendations. AI tools are used to capture vendor pages and cross-check figures, as described in our method.

How it is funded

CinchStack is free to read and has no advertising. Some vendors pay us a commission if you sign up through our links. Those links are coloured amber and labelled, every program is listed on How we earn, and a commission never changes a price, a score or a pick.
