Framer pricing: what it really costs
As of 26 September 2026, Framer's Basic plan costs $15 a month and already includes a small CMS, but that price only holds at Basic's lowest AI-credit tier — pick a higher tier from the same plan card and the sticker price itself climbs, up to $225 a month. Pro starts at $45 a month and turns Basic's fixed page, CMS and bandwidth caps into paid add-ons instead of a hard wall. Every workspace's first editor is free; each editor after that is billed separately, and ten total editors is the ceiling on both plans. A freelancer with one lean site can stay on Basic; an agency running client sites with several editors needs Pro.

Framer plans and prices
Framer's published plans as of 26 September 2026: the month-to-month price, the effective monthly price when billed annually, and what each plan is priced by (US list prices in USD).
| Plan | Monthly | Billed annually | Priced | Key limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FreeEvery workspace starts here; there's no stated expiry. Framer's own Free-plan FAQ gives a different (more generous) limit set than the plan card's headline bullets: the card shows 1 GB bandwidth, a free Framer subdomain, and 500 one-time AI credits, while the FAQ separately says Free projects get up to 10 CMS collections, 1,000 pages, 5 MB file uploads, and 1 free locale for design/exploration, and that a workspace with no paid Site plan supports up to 3 collaborating editors for free (paid plans only keep the first editor free). | Free | Free | per site / month3 seats included | No custom domain — only a free framer.site subdomain, with Framer's own branding shown when published; 1 GB bandwidth/month; 500 AI credits to try, one-time (no monthly renewal); credits are shared workspace-wide; Per the Free-plan FAQ: up to 10 CMS collections, 1,000 pages, and 5 MB file uploads for design/exploration use |
| Basic$15/mo month-to-month or $10/mo billed annually ($120/yr) — but that price is only Basic's lowest AI-credit tier (1,000 credits/month). The same Basic card lets you pick a higher credit tier from a dropdown, which raises the whole plan's price on the spot: 2,000 credits = $30/mo monthly ($20/mo annual), 3,000 = $45/$30, 5,000 = $75/$50, 8,000 = $120/$80, 10,000 = $150/$100, 15,000 = $225/$150 (see the basic-credits-15000 add-on). Basic's page/CMS/bandwidth limits are fixed with no pay-as-you-go overage option — Framer's own pricing page labels Basic's limits style 'Fixed' versus Pro's 'Flexible, pay what you use.' The plan's one included seat is the workspace's first (admin) editor, which is always free; additional editors are a separate per-seat add-on. | $15 | $10per month | per site / month1 seat included | 2 CMS collections and 1,000 CMS items — fixed, no pay-as-you-go overage; upgrading to Pro is the only way to raise them; 30 site pages — fixed, no overage; 50 GB bandwidth/month — fixed, no pay-as-you-go overage; Framer allows exceeding it for one month before requiring an upgrade; 20 CDN edge locations; 30-day analytics history; Max 10 total editor seats per workspace; Localization add-on available (up to 20 locales); the Convert (A/B testing) and Advanced Hosting add-ons are Pro/Enterprise-only |
| Pro$45/mo month-to-month or $30/mo billed annually ($360/yr) — again only Pro's lowest AI-credit tier (3,000 credits/month). Picking a higher tier from the same dropdown raises the plan's price: 5,000 credits = $75/mo monthly ($50/mo annual), 10,000 = $150/$100, 20,000 = $300/$200, 30,000 = $450/$300, 50,000 = $750/$500, 100,000 = $1,500/$1,000 (see the pro-credits-100000 add-on). Unlike Basic, Pro's page/CMS-collection/CMS-item/bandwidth limits are pay-as-you-go: each can be raised with a metered add-on instead of forcing an Enterprise quote. The plan's one included seat is the workspace's first (admin) editor; additional editors and Content Editors are separate per-seat add-ons, priced the same whether the site is on Basic or Pro. | $45 | $30per month | per site / month1 seat included | 10 CMS collections (add-on raises it to 40) and 2,500 CMS items (add-on raises it to 40,000); 150 site pages (add-on raises it to 700); 100 GB bandwidth/month (add-on raises it to 2 TB); 300+ CDN edge locations; 90-day analytics history; Max 10 total editor seats per workspace — the same cap as Basic |
| EnterpriseQuote-only via 'Request Trial'/the Enterprise contact form; no self-serve price is shown anywhere on the pricing page. Framer's pricing-page FAQ describes it as tailored to teams that need custom limits, annual billing, and dedicated support. Editor pricing and the 10-seat cap that apply to Basic and Pro are both replaced with 'Custom'/'Unlimited' on Enterprise, and the Advanced Hosting add-on is included at no extra charge. | Custom | Custom | custom quote | Custom limits on pages, CMS collections/items, and bandwidth; Unlimited editors (no 10-seat cap); SCIM and SSO |
What you will really pay
What a business actually pays for Framer each month at three sizes, with every line of the bill shown. Built from the prices above as of 26 September 2026; open “How we worked this out” under any total for the assumptions.
Solo: 1 site, 1 editor, ~20-page blog/CMS, ~10k visits/mo
$15 / month
high confidence- Basic plan, billed monthly$15
Plan: Basic · billed monthly.
How we worked this out
The workspace's first editor (an admin) is always free, so the solo owner adds no editor charge. ~20 pages fits Basic's 30-page cap, and a single CMS collection is enough for a blog this size, well under Basic's 2-collection/1,000-item caps. Framer doesn't publish a bytes-per-visit figure, but a lean ~20-page site at 10,000 visits/month is a plausible fit within Basic's 50 GB/month bandwidth allowance. Month-to-month billing. Billed annually the same plan is $10/mo ($120/yr). Basic's limits are fixed with no pay-as-you-go overage, so if this site later needs more than 2 CMS collections or exceeds 50 GB/month, the only option is to upgrade to Pro.
Small team: 1 site, 3 editors, ~200 CMS items, ~50k visits/mo
$105 / month
medium confidence- Pro plan, billed monthly$45
- 2 additional editors x $30/month each (3 editors total; the workspace's first editor is free)$60
Plan: Pro · billed monthly.
How we worked this out
Basic is capped at exactly 2 CMS collections with no pay-as-you-go overage option (only Pro offers paid overage on collections), and a small-team site with ~200 CMS items plausibly needs more than 2 content collections (e.g. blog, case studies, and team), so Pro is the safer pick even though 200 items alone would fit Basic's 1,000-item cap. Of the 3 editors, the workspace's first is free; the other 2 are billed as Additional Editors. Pro's 100 GB bandwidth (with paid overage available) comfortably covers ~50k visits/month. Month-to-month billing throughout. Billed annually: Pro is $30/mo and each additional editor is $20/mo, i.e. $30 + 2x$20 = $70/mo ($840/yr) instead of $105/mo month-to-month.
Growing team: 1 site, 8 editors, ~1,000 CMS items, ~250k visits/mo
$255 / month
medium confidence- Pro plan, billed monthly$45
- 7 additional editors x $30/month each (8 editors total; the workspace's first editor is free)$210
Plan: Pro · billed monthly.
How we worked this out
Pro's CMS items (2,500 base, expandable to 40,000 via add-on) and CMS collections (10, expandable to 40) comfortably cover ~1,000 CMS items. All 8 editors fit within Pro's 10-seat cap, so Enterprise isn't required on editor count alone. Of the 8 editors, the first is free; the other 7 are billed as Additional Editors. Month-to-month billing throughout. Billed annually: Pro is $30/mo and each additional editor is $20/mo, i.e. $30 + 7x$20 = $170/mo ($2,040/yr) instead of $255/mo month-to-month. At ~250,000 visits/month this site will likely exceed Pro's 100 GB/month included bandwidth; Framer's pay-as-you-go overage rate is $50/100GB billed monthly ($40/100GB annual) up to a 2 TB/month cap, but since Framer doesn't publish a bytes-per-visit conversion, no specific overage amount is added to this total -- see unverified[].
Which Framer plan fits a freelancer, an agency or a SaaS startup?
Framer names freelancers, agencies and SaaS startups as its best fit, and each tends to land on a different plan. A freelancer publishing one lean site, a portfolio or a single client project with one editor, fits comfortably on Basic at $15 a month: two CMS collections and 1,000 items cover a blog or a case-studies section without hitting a wall. An agency running several client sites, or a SaaS startup with a real content plan, tends to outgrow Basic on collections before anything else and moves to Pro at $45 a month once a second content collection is needed — Basic’s two-collection cap has no paid workaround, though extra editors alone can be added to either plan without forcing that upgrade. The small-team and growing-team bills above show what a Pro-plan site with several editors actually costs. Framer is also explicit about who shouldn’t buy it at all: a business that needs a shopping cart has no native way to sell through a Site plan, and a workspace planning to run past 10 total editors has no self-serve plan that allows it, only a custom Enterprise quote.
Why can Framer’s own plan price change without you buying an add-on?
Most software raises your bill by selling something extra on top of the plan. Framer’s Basic and Pro cards work differently: $15 and $45 a month are each plan’s price at its lowest AI-credit tier, and the same card carries a dropdown that lets you pick a higher one before you ever subscribe. Pick a higher tier and the plan’s own listed price changes immediately — Basic climbs in steps up to $225 a month at its top tier, and Pro climbs up to $1,500 a month at its top tier, both still sold under the same plan name, not as a separate line item. Credits pay for what Framer calls Agents: AI tools that draft a page, write CMS content or handle localization from a prompt, and a workspace that leans on them heavily can end up paying far more than the advertised entry price for the exact same plan. Anyone quoting Framer’s price from a screenshot or an old blog post should check which credit tier it assumes, since the lowest and top tiers on the same plan can be more than ten times apart.
What does adding a second, third or tenth editor cost?
Every Framer workspace’s first editor, the admin who set the site up, is free on every plan, Free included. Add anyone else who needs full design and publishing access, and Framer charges $30 a month per Editor seat, the same price whether the underlying site is on Basic or Pro. A cheaper option covers people who only touch content: a Content Editor seat, limited to CMS updates, localization and on-page edits, costs $15 a month instead. The three real bills above show what this adds up to: a small team of three editors, the free admin plus two paid seats, runs $105 a month, and a growing team of eight runs $255 a month, almost entirely seat cost on top of the Pro plan itself. The one thing seat pricing can’t get around is Framer’s own ceiling: Basic and Pro both cap a single workspace at 10 total editors, counted across every site inside it, and the only way past that cap is a custom Enterprise quote with no published price.
Where does Basic hit a wall that Pro doesn’t?
Framer’s own pricing page labels Basic’s limits “Fixed” and Pro’s “Flexible, pay what you use,” and the difference is real, not just marketing language. Basic is capped at exactly two CMS collections, 1,000 CMS items, 30 site pages and 50 GB of bandwidth a month, with no way to buy more of any of them — the only path past any of those four ceilings is upgrading the whole site to Pro. Pro starts with more room already, 10 collections, 2,500 items, 150 pages and 100 GB, and then lets you raise each one on its own: an extra 100 pages costs $30 a month up to 700 total, an extra 10 collections costs $50 a month up to 40 total, an extra 10,000 items costs $30 a month up to 40,000 total, and an extra 100 GB of bandwidth costs $50 a month up to 2 TB total. A site expecting real growth avoids a forced mid-project upgrade by starting on Pro, even when Basic’s price looks tempting at first.
Is switching to annual billing worth it, and can you switch back?
Billed annually, Basic drops to $10 a month and Pro drops to $30 a month, and making that switch is easy: Framer’s help center describes moving a project from monthly to annual billing as instant and self-serve from the Plans tab, with no waiting period involved. Reversing course is not symmetrical. Framer’s own documentation says switching an annual site back to monthly billing isn’t self-serve at all; it requires contacting support, and whatever value is left on the annual term converts to account credit rather than a refund. Refunds run on a separate clock entirely: Framer refunds a new purchase within 7 days worldwide, or within 14 days for customers in the EU and Turkey, but a usage-based add-on, extra bandwidth or a higher AI-credit tier, stops being refundable the moment any part of it has actually been used. Lock in annual billing once a site’s plan and editor count feel settled — switching to it costs nothing up front, but undoing it later costs a support ticket, not a click.
How does Framer’s bill compare with Webflow, Squarespace or Wix?
Framer isn’t the only per-site builder in this price range, and the other three split the bill differently. Webflow’s cheapest plan with a real CMS, Premium, costs $39 a month against Framer Basic’s $15, but Webflow publishes no workspace-wide seat cap, selling extra seats at $45 a month for full access or $19 for a content-only seat instead of stopping at 10 the way Framer does. Squarespace skips per-seat pricing entirely: Core and above allow unlimited contributors for one flat fee, so a growing team never triggers a seat bill the way it can on Framer or Webflow. Wix caps collaborators by plan tier instead, from two up to 100, with no seat add-on at all — the only way past a Wix cap is upgrading the whole plan, and Wix publishes no true month-to-month price for any tier, only an annual rate paid upfront. Only Framer’s Site plans have no native cart; Webflow, Squarespace and Wix each sell ecommerce tiers with their own transaction fees. A business built around a product catalog is still better served by a dedicated store platform like Shopify. See Webflow vs Framer for the full head-to-head.
Add-ons, usage and other costs
11 paid add-onsFramer sells on top of the plans, with the price and what each is charged per.
| Add-on | Price | Charged | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Additional editor (Full Editor seat) | $30 | per editor per month, billed monthly | Plans: Basic, Pro. $20/mo per editor if the underlying Site plan is billed annually (still charged monthly, not prepaid for the year). Same price on Basic and Pro. The workspace's first (admin) editor is free; this add-on covers every editor after that, up to the plan's 10-seat cap. Framer notifies the workspace and charges within 24 hours of a new editor being added. |
| Content Editor seat | $15 | per Content Editor seat per month, billed monthly | Plans: Basic, Pro. $10/mo per seat if the Site plan is billed annually. A cheaper seat type (introduced with Framer's May 27, 2026 billing update) restricted to updating CMS content, managing localization, and on-page editing — it can't do full design/publish work like a Full Editor. |
| Translation locale (Localization add-on) | $25 | per additional language locale per month, billed monthly (up to 20 locales) | Plans: Basic, Pro. $20/mo per locale if billed annually. Available on both Basic and Pro at the same price; Enterprise gets a custom quote instead. The Free plan separately includes 1 locale to try. |
| Convert (A/B testing, funnels, triggers) | $60 | per 500,000 analytics events per month, billed monthly | Plans: Pro. $50/mo per 500,000 events if billed annually. Only sold on Pro (Enterprise gets a custom quote); not available on Basic at all. An event is a page view, a tracked-link click, or a tracked form submission. Also enables up to 5 concurrent A/B tests. Repeated Convert purchases can raise the total to 1.5M events/month on Pro, per the pricing FAQ. |
| Advanced Hosting | $250 | per month, billed monthly | Plans: Pro. $200/mo if billed annually. Only sold on Pro (not offered on Basic); included at no extra charge on Enterprise. Adds up to 6 rewrites, custom Permissions-Policy/Referrer-Policy/X-Frame-Options headers, and lets multiple Framer sites share one domain with custom headers; the pricing FAQ separately says the add-on also allows uploading up to 500 static files. |
| Extra site pages (Pro overage) | $30 | per additional 100 site pages per month, billed monthly, up to 700 pages total | Plans: Pro. $20 per 100 pages if billed annually. Pro only; Basic's 30-page cap has no pay-as-you-go option. |
| Extra CMS collections (Pro overage) | $50 | per additional 10 CMS collections per month, billed monthly, up to 40 collections total | Plans: Pro. $40 per 10 collections if billed annually. Pro only; Basic's 2-collection cap has no pay-as-you-go option. |
| Extra CMS items (Pro overage) | $30 | per additional 10,000 CMS items per month, billed monthly, up to 40,000 items total | Plans: Pro. $20 per 10,000 items if billed annually. Pro only; Basic's 1,000-item cap has no pay-as-you-go option. |

| Basic plan at the 15,000 AI-credits/month tier | $225 | per month, billed monthly (replaces Basic's default 1,000-credit-tier price; the plan's top credit tier) | Plans: Basic. $150/mo if billed annually. This is Basic's own credits dropdown, not a separate purchase: picking a higher tier changes the whole plan price. Full Basic ladder (credits: monthly/annual) confirmed on the pricing page: 1,000: $15/$10 (default), 2,000: $30/$20, 3,000: $45/$30, 5,000: $75/$50, 8,000: $120/$80, 10,000: $150/$100, 15,000: $225/$150 (this tier). |

Billing rules worth knowing
- Framer's Basic and Pro headline prices ($15/$45 monthly, $10/$30 annual) are the price at each plan's lowest AI-credit tier (1,000 credits/month for Basic, 3,000 for Pro). Selecting a higher credit tier from the same plan card raises the whole plan's price -- up to $225/mo monthly ($150/mo annual) at 15,000 credits on Basic, or $1,500/mo monthly ($1,000/mo annual) at 100,000 credits on Pro.
- Basic's page (30), CMS-collection (2), CMS-item (1,000), and bandwidth (50 GB) limits are fixed with no pay-as-you-go overage option; Framer's own pricing page calls Basic's limits style 'Fixed' versus Pro's 'Flexible, pay what you use.' The same limits on Pro can instead be raised with paid add-ons (up to 700 pages, 40 collections, 40,000 items, or 2 TB bandwidth).
- The first editor in every workspace (an admin) is free; every additional Editor or Content Editor seat is billed, and per-editor pricing plus the workspace-wide 10-seat cap (Basic and Pro) are both set by the highest-tier Site plan in the workspace, not by each individual site. A workspace with no paid Site plan at all separately supports up to 3 free editors, per Framer's Free-plan FAQ.
- As of Framer's May 27, 2026 billing update, Full Editor seat pricing is the same on Basic and Pro, Content Editor became its own cheaper seat type, sites/add-ons/editor-seats now bill on separate invoice line items, and editor seats can be bought upfront and reassigned.
- Plans purchased before October 9, 2025 ('legacy plans') keep their original price and features indefinitely unless the customer switches plans or cancels; editors or locales added to a legacy plan after that date are billed at current prices, and switching off a legacy plan can't be undone.
- Switching from monthly to annual billing is instant and self-serve from the project's Plans tab; switching back from annual to monthly is not self-serve and requires contacting support, and any unused annual value converts to non-refundable account credit.
- Additional-Editor and Content-Editor charges always bill monthly, even on an annual Site plan; whether the $20/$30 (Editor) or $10/$15 (Content Editor) rate applies depends on whether the underlying Site plan itself is on annual or monthly billing.
- Refunds are available worldwide within 7 days of the initial purchase, and within 14 days for customers in the EU and Turkey (a local legal requirement); each add-on has its own refund window starting from its own purchase date, and a usage-based add-on (bandwidth or AI credits) becomes non-refundable once any part of it has been used.
- Framer's Refund Policy article says subscription payments are processed through Stripe; a separate Subscriptions and Charges article instead says billing is handled by 'Stripe or Paddle.com' depending on region/account. The pricing page itself says Framer accepts credit cards and, in some regions, PayPal, with custom billing (including bank transfer) available for Enterprise.

These prices appear only after choosing options on the vendor's page, so they are re-checked by hand rather than automatically.
- Pro's own (non-add-on) static-file limit isn't shown as a distinct number on the pricing table: Basic shows 50 and Enterprise shows 'Custom', but Pro's cell is blank. The pricing FAQ says the Advanced Hosting add-on raises the cap to 500 files, but doesn't state Pro's base allowance without that add-on.
- Whether the Enterprise plan includes Site redirects, Staging environment, Branching with previews, and Roles and permissions as distinctly available features: the icon-replacement capture shows checkmarks for Basic and Pro on those four rows but no icon at all (neither checkmark nor dash) in the Enterprise column.
- The exact monthly bandwidth (in GB) a ~250,000-visit/month site would use, and therefore the size of any Pro bandwidth-overage charge at that traffic level -- Framer's bandwidth help article explains what drives usage but doesn't publish a bytes-per-visit or visits-per-GB conversion figure.
- Whether Framer's listed USD prices vary by IP-detected country/region: only 5 browser locale/timezone settings from a single US IP address were tested (all showed identical figures); true cross-country IP-based pricing was not tested.
- Whether the Convert add-on's $50/$60-per-500,000-events charge is a flat block price or is prorated below 500,000 events -- the FAQ only says billing is based on the number of events generated each month.
- The dollar value of the 'Pro Experts save 50% on agent credits' and 'Pro Experts get free editor access on any client project' partner-program perks -- no separate published price exists for the Pro Experts program itself.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Framer cost per month?
Framer sells four plans. Free costs $0 and publishes only to a framer.site subdomain with Framer's own branding attached. Basic costs $15 a month, or $10 a month billed yearly, and already includes a small CMS: two collections and 1,000 items. Pro costs $45 a month, or $30 a month billed yearly, and raises those same limits to ten collections and 2,500 items, with paid add-ons available to raise them further still. Enterprise has no published price; it is a custom quote arranged through Framer's contact form, mainly for teams that need more than ten total editors or custom security requirements like SSO. Basic and Pro's headline prices both assume the lowest available AI-credit tier; picking more credits on the same plan card raises the price you actually pay each month, sometimes by a lot.
Does Framer have a free plan or a free trial?
A free plan, not a time-boxed trial. Framer's Free plan costs $0 and has no stated expiration: every workspace starts on it. It publishes only to a framer.site subdomain, carries Framer's own branding, and includes 1 GB of bandwidth a month plus 500 AI credits to try once, with no monthly renewal. Framer's own Free-plan FAQ separately states that projects on Free get up to 10 CMS collections, 1,000 pages and 5 MB file uploads for design and exploration, and that a workspace with no paid Site plan at all can have up to three collaborating editors for free. There is no credit-card requirement to sign up, and no countdown forcing an upgrade; you move to Basic or Pro only once you need a custom domain or higher limits than Free allows.
Why did my Framer bill jump even though I didn't add an editor or a feature?
The most likely reason is the AI-credit tier selected on your plan card, not anything added separately. Basic's $15-a-month price and Pro's $45-a-month price each assume the lowest credit tier Framer offers, 1,000 credits for Basic and 3,000 for Pro. A dropdown on that same plan card lets you pick a higher tier instead, and doing so changes the plan's own listed price immediately: Basic can rise as far as $225 a month, and Pro as far as $1,500 a month, at their respective top tiers. Nothing about the plan name or its other limits changes when this happens; only the credit allowance and the price attached to it do. If a bill looks higher than the $15 or $45 you remember seeing, check which AI-credit tier the workspace's Site plan is currently set to before assuming a separate charge was added by mistake.
How much does it cost to add more editors to a Framer site?
The first editor, the workspace admin, is free on every plan, including Free. Every editor after that is a paid seat: a full-access Editor seat costs $30 a month, and a cheaper Content Editor seat, limited to CMS updates, localization and on-page edits, costs $15 a month. Both rates are the same whether the underlying site is on Basic or Pro. A small team of three, the free admin plus two paid Editor seats, adds $60 a month on top of the plan price. The one number editor pricing can't get around is Framer's own cap: Basic and Pro both limit a workspace to 10 total editors combined, counted across every site inside it, and the only way past that limit is a custom Enterprise quote with no published self-serve price.
Is it worth switching a Framer site to annual billing?
Usually, if the plan and editor count already feel settled. Billed annually, Basic falls to $10 a month and Pro falls to $30 a month, and Framer's help center describes the switch from monthly to annual as instant and self-serve, done from the project's own Plans tab with no waiting period. The catch sits on the way back: moving a site from annual billing back to monthly is not self-serve at all, according to Framer's billing documentation; it requires contacting support, and whatever value is left on the annual term converts into non-refundable account credit rather than a refund. Editor and Content Editor seats bill monthly no matter which cycle the Site plan itself is on, so switching the plan to annual lowers the plan price without changing how seat charges arrive. Commit to annual once the setup is stable, not while still testing plan or team size.
Does Framer charge extra once a site outgrows its page or bandwidth limit?
It depends entirely on which plan the site is on. Basic's limits, 30 pages, two CMS collections, 1,000 CMS items and 50 GB of bandwidth a month, are fixed with no pay-as-you-go option at all; Framer's own pricing page labels this style 'Fixed.' The only way past any of those four Basic ceilings is upgrading the whole site to Pro. Pro's matching limits start higher, 150 pages, 10 collections, 2,500 items and 100 GB, and can then be raised individually with metered add-ons: $30 a month per extra 100 pages up to 700, $50 a month per extra 10 collections up to 40, $30 a month per extra 10,000 items up to 40,000, and $50 a month per extra 100 GB of bandwidth up to 2 TB. Framer calls Pro's version of these same limits 'Flexible, pay what you use.'
Can I get a refund if I cancel Framer?
Within a short window, yes; after that, only in specific cases. Framer refunds a new purchase within 7 days worldwide, and within 14 days for customers in the EU and Turkey, where local law requires the longer window. Each add-on carries its own refund clock starting from when it was bought, not from when the underlying Site plan was purchased. The one hard exception is usage-based add-ons: once any part of a metered purchase, extra bandwidth or a higher AI-credit tier, has actually been used, Framer treats that charge as non-refundable even inside the window. Framer's own help articles are not fully consistent about who processes the charge either, one names Stripe, another names 'Stripe or Paddle.com' depending on region, but the refund windows themselves apply regardless of which processor handled the original payment.
